In the field of digital advertising, which is becoming more sophisticated and complex along with the expansion of the market, we will provide technical support, plan, and introduction in business promotion utilizing the largest media and data in Japan, contributing to profit expansion and product value improvement of each business.
In charge of service planning and provision of in-house marketing platforms using Rakuten's own data, he is responsible for supporting and growing the Rakuten Group's business in both AD and marketing aspects.
Specifically, you will be involved in the promotion of concepts, planning, and utilization of data management platforms and measurement platforms.

Position Details
We handle our own ad marketing systems (a set of platforms, such as data management, tracking, creative assets, and workflow management).
- Strategy Formulation and Implementation: Based on the advertising business strategy of the Rakuten Group as a whole, we formulated an annual strategy and roadmap for the platform in charge, and led a team to promote it.
- Team Management: Maximize team productivity and growth through setting, evaluating, and developing goals for members.
- Management Consulting: Proposes and implements business problem solving and growth strategies utilizing advertising and marketing platforms for management and responsible persons in each business.
- Oversees large-scale projects: Plans, progress, risk management, and stakeholder coordination for multi-business platform implementation and utilization projects.
- Product improvement proposal: Analyze on-site needs and market trends, and strategically feedback on function improvement and new function planning to product development team.
- Enhance internal and external cooperation: Promote measures to maximize the value of the platform in cooperation with head quarter organizations and external partners.
- Creating and Horizontal Success Stories: By systematizing and deploying success stories throughout the Group, we contribute to spreading the platform and raising awareness.

- Product planning experience in the IT/Internet industry (over 5 years): Experience leading a series of processes from identifying customer issues to suggesting solutions, defining requirements, developing roadmaps, and driving execution.
- Experience in managing teams and projects (over 3 years).
- Deep insights into the advertising and marketing business and high sensitivity to the latest trends.
- Experience in managing large-scale business transformation projects or projects that cross multiple divisions.
- Experience in identifying and solving problems based on data analysis.
